About me
Mike Rindermann is a Licensed Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience in orthopedic care. As a physical therapist, Mike has witnessed firsthand the amount of wear and tear we place on our bodies each day. Throughout our entire lives, pain and discomfort are symptoms that we have learned to manage daily. Professional evaluations and screenings that identify one’s body style relative to the activity they are performing can enhance the prevention, recovery, and treatment of pain. Mike has experience with all levels of student participants for sport-specific programs, and he's developed a youth injury prevention program designed to improve common faults found in year-round athletes. Mike also specializes in identifying and improving soft tissue dysfunctions because flexibility and stability are essential in maintaining joint care.
